INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

If there is inclement weather approaching or on the day of the charter, our team will be in touch in advance. Cancelling due to weather will be at the discretion of the Captain. The client can be 100% refunded or apply their charter deposit on a later date.

CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit will be placed at the time of reserving your charter. We require a weeks notice for all cancellations, cancelling within 7 days will not have their deposit refunded but can apply to a charter at a later date.

Sea Sick cancellations

Unfortunately at times folks can get sea sick unexpectedly and ask to be brought back to shore early. If a charter is cut short due to a client request we do not refund or credit the remainder of the charter. We suggest folks to prepare appropriately for charters including any supplies needed to prevent seasickness.
